In this volatile world, we know that however much thinking and learning went into writing this book, it will always benefit from further development. Undoubtedly there will be more connections we want to make with emerging research. In addition, managing knowledge well relies on tailoring the tools and techniques to suit the context and changing conditions. Inevitably, that will produce some apparently contradictory circumstances, which will benefit from deeper consideration and conversation with others thinking about similar issues.
